Seward Street

Rich in Hollywood history, ICONICA - Seward St. inherits its building from the notable Crest Film Processing Laboratory. Situated in a solid brick block atop a concrete foundation, this ultra low-noise studio is layed out as one large recording space. In the daytime, natural light filters in through double re-inforced skylights, by night the chamber is lit with warm spotlights and desk lamps. Adjacent to a wide open lot, the studio allows for fresh air and lots of outdoor space. The totally unique sonic environment features pully-mounted adjustable ceiling absorbers built to tailor the right amount of room ambience for live tracking.
